We carry our life's story in our body. The experiences we have shape us; from the tonus of our muscles to the state of our nervous system, our movement patterns and the way we relate to the world.
Dealing with pain, stress or trauma we develop complex patterns of movement and tension that compromise our system; negatively impacting our overall health and performance.
Facilitating Release® is a journey of growth, an exploration into ways to release and reprogram habitual patterns that are holding you back - helping you find new, better ways of moving, breathing and being.
If you’re eager to gain tools to facilitate a process of release and rewiring in yourself, and begin exploring how to facilitate this in others; this introductory workshop is for you.
Join us for 3 hours of Facilitating Release® exploring:
Guided Movement Explorations (self-work) and Hands-on Techniques (partner-work) to facilitate release and rewiring in yourself and others
Using tried and tested tools from Feldenkrais®, the Ilan Lev Method & other somatic practices
Helping you to:
Regulate your nervous system
Improve quality and range of motion
Ease pain, stress and physical tension
