A practice for body, mind and spirit, yoga gives us a frame through which we can come into deeper contact with ourselves so that we can experience a more profound sense of connection to the world around us.

Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and received her 200hr certification in vinyasa flow style with Frog Lotus Yoga with Vidya Heisel and Lisa Dunn at Suryalila Retreat Center in Andalusia, southern Spain.

Informed by her extensive experience as a dancer and somatic therapist, Sarah’s classes integrate a holistic approach to movement with a focus on cultivating efficiency, clarity and quality of attention while exploring and expanding the individual’s strength and flexibility.

Sarah has a range of class types from soft vinyasa to power flow for dancers. Regardless of the framework, she always offers a range of options to accommodate for each student’s physiological baseline, emphasizing working from healthy, clear alignment.
